So sO sO many things have happened throughout this week!!!
Had the moSt faBulous exciting time this chinese new year.
Remember the previous blog, i said my cousin was coming? yeah he arrived singapore on monday, but only met up on tuesday!

Okie.. please pardon my english grammar or whatsoever.. trying to recall as much as possible!

On tuesday, met up with cousin junior and his friend kristie whom i got to know 2 years ago when they backpacked around asia.. she is a mixed blood half american half italiano. okie newaez, we met up to go sightsee Chinatown.. chinese new year festival mood isn't the same without a visit to "nu che sui" right? We went to a very famous restaurant there called "Lee Tong Kee" heard of it? it serves really delicious ipoh hor fun (dry/soup), fried dumplings, stewed kui keok, wanton soup and the lists goes on and on... *sLurP (",) After which, we walked around chinatown, going stalls to stalls to just kaypoh.. find out what they are selling.. one shop was selling the new year goodies and kueh all that... very cheap lehs.. i tink it was 3 for $5! how cheap!!!!! but i didn't buy, cos i prefer quality ones tho' the prices were tempting! *haha cheapo

On Wednesday, went to school for Accounting Tutorial. after that went to Tampines Mall to catch Peter Pan movie with Supin... the show was good.. entertaining.. the boy was sucha a charmer! *hee... for the preview or write-up of the movie, please visit this webby -> http://www.gv.com.sg
After catching the movie, went to kopi beans to drink the Ultimate! *shiOoK
Went back home, my cousin junior had already reached my place.. he stayed in my place from wed up till sun morning.
630pm, my dad, junior and i left for my grandma's house for the annual tradition REUNION dinner!

The feeling was great, the whole family sitting around the table together, eating the traditionally peranakan food that was super sedap!!! After dinner, played a round of Pictionary together with my cousins and godparents. At about 930pm, we left my grandma's place and went to meet jeremy and jacqueline (also my cousins) together with junior. To go to Swissotel The Stamford, New Asia Bar for countdown and a get together cousins session. At that time, i only wished my kor kor was together with us... From abt 1030 till 1am we were dancing, drinking and talking at the bar. The best part was at 1am the WHOLE ENTIRE swissotel BLACKED-OUT! *so so Lucky (->_<- ) so we stayed and waited for abt 45 minutes for the party to resume BUT it never happened.. luckily the hotels haf battery operated lights and emergency lifts... can u imagine.. walking down the stairs on the freaking 72nd STOREY?!?! Even had to queue to use the emergency lifts.. which was so sLow! nevertheless, enjoyed the company of my cousins and also the music BEFORE the black-out.

First day, went house-visiting!!!
1st stop, my grandma's place. 9

3rd and last stop, my father's side Grandaunty.
-The most amazing thing was the first time in many years that all my cousins (dad's side) turned up. Excluding my brother (on course in Perth) and cousin illiana (studying in Catholic University in USA).

From the eldest cousin, Bernard (newly married to wife Irene last year), Junior(working in China, CCTV news presenter and radio DJ with crimusic), Allison (married abt 7 yrs ago? 6 year old daughter Vicki whois such an angel), Jeremy (fresh graduate, working in Standard Chartered Bank), Peter (my bro, on course in Perth, Australia), Jacqueline (final year at SMU banking and finance, Grace (ME, 2nd year hospi student) and Illiana (pursuing a degree, she loves to sing, act, dance, typical Miss Saigon girl)! --> missed them so sOo sOoo much!

You would never believe this, i went to Phuture this very night, on new year day. Two days in a row! haha.. so fun. played all types of games and danced like i never danced before.. the music was really really good that night!!! especially in phuture! Guess who i saw? haha.. it may not seem like a big deal but i saw Grasshoppers!!! (*p.s. not the green insects, but the band "chao meng?" heard of it? haha...okie never mind.. we went home only at 430am. by the time bathe and everything oready 6am. wAss so tired.. but really had a great time!!!

Second day, my family received some guests, Uncle Alvin and family and Aunty Jenny and family.. great families just love dem! It was raining cats and dogs.. was soo sooo sOoo extremely heavy rain!!! so cold~! *brrRrRrr

At about 12noon, we headed off to yishun. to another grandaunty's place for lunch. sat around for a while, talk abit here and there.. Then, my godpa, my dad, junior and i left for plaza singapura. We went to catch Last Samurai together! it was a great show! *thumbs up! Also, we went to play bowling, went to fetch jacqueline and went to East Coast Leisure bowl, all of dem was like experts, scoring strikes and spares.. except me.. =X it's ok luff as much as u want..

Saturday, again raining like as if it was a storm! Supposedly, had to go for POM lecture but decided to give it a miss! *whahaha... wot's new? For lunch, went to Pine Court Restaurant at Meritus Mandarine Hotel for Yu shang and dim Sum. This place, served really good yuu-shang and also dim sum. was sosOo full and felt soo fAt! had been eating non-stop like a pig for the past few days...

Went to shop around, Taka, Wisma, went down to bugis cos kristie and junior wanted to get stuffs there. Junior got me this very very nice white a lil' brown strapped swatch watch for me! *so sweet of him.. it's really really nice.. loved it alot!
Again, the weather was still horrib. had to take a cab down to jacq's place. cos we're going to East Coast Seafood centre for seafood lars.. of cos.. haha! lemme see, wot did i makan? steam and black pepper crabs, yutiao, buttered crispy prawns, fried rice, fried squid, vegetables, yu-tiaO, dessert , think it was watermelon+honeydew with sago.

Uncle mickey, sent us down to suntec city to shop. wanted to find junior's adidas long tee.. but no more stock.. had been quite a while since it was on the rack. walked ard... shopped around.. and den decided to go ROuge. a club opposite john little. it's a really cool place, good ambience. the music they play are acid jazz i think.. not bad actually.. go catch this club OUT! went home, abt 2am.. cos today Sunday morning.. junior's flying off.. so kristie and i helped him packed his clothes. only slept for 2 hrs.. at 630am had to get ready to go to the airport.

Today, left hse 720am for Changi Airport, Junior will be flying off to Phuket to meet up with his friends and enjoy his hols.. shiook sia.. i wished i could go for hols now! He shld be in thailand now, enjoying the beach.

Finally, i had given a good report of what i had been doing these few days... really really had a great time with my cousins and family! I thank GOD most importantly.. for with God everything is possible! Amen!
