life this week has been pretty hectic... even at tis point of time. just finished my culinary portfolio.
on monday & tuesday i had to do POM presentation slides and also skit... so fussy la the tutor.. need to have second mode of presentation. pom is such a boring topic la.. how to turn it into a interesting skit.. however the other groups in my class proved me wrong.. their skits/game show were so entertaining.. haha..
on wednesday, had our POM presentation.. i realised that this semester... my group didn't had a chance to at least rehearse once at all.. its all by luck and impromtu. however gladly we managed to pull it off.. after which went back home to do my culinary portfolio. So glad for Adine, Joceyln, Rae and Keith for securing their SIP placement. Well Done guys.. see its just a matter of time that hotels appreciate ur talents.
one down one more to go, i have another CDS submission tmr 5pm. negotiation and dispute resolution.. die la i haven start doing it yet... donno what scenarios to come out with.. scenarios are needed before i can talk about other parts. aH~! so ma fan...
today at Saffron class... was kinda tired when i showed up at class cos spent doing the culinary portfolio till the wee hours.. as a result.. i got my skin cut in between this metal cabinet in the kitchen.. OMG not the first time... i just keep getting my fingers cut.. so painful~! went to put plaster and put on a glove to prevent the blood from splattering *a lil exaggerated here... haha =P after which i got my 2nd cut, this was even deeper.. cos my knife slipped off the carrot i was slicing and there it went slice through my thumb.. it was a deep cut.. blood ooze out... washed it under the tap.. and again went to plaster it.. *chef said "Grace... before operation u want to use all my plasters ah?" --> cos she's indicating i'm to careless oready.. keep getting cuts... Well.. she was so nice to ask me to plaster it again after i wash up the cooking equipements.. *so touched! update again yah... stay tuned.
