i'm back up and blogging again, didn't had the mood to blog for the couple of weeks... currently at union lounge just went to intsc agm, den having sub-com recruitment for tpsu now... last 10 mins.. after which having informal meeting. what's new.. my life is just abt work, union and home.

this week, handling my own pantry the Raffles Inc and Raffles courtyard suites... hardwork alot of walking from pantry to suites. cos need to bring the amenities or additional items to place in, but its definitely challenging, the walking and all - getting use to it. i need to Love working in p3/5 as per may! so true (",) tmr is the start of a hectic week in my pantry... hopefully get more service calls, with that more guests contact, drives me to work and at the end of the day, feel so satisfied. i've learnt alot from my seniors, shifu (terence) and all my other seniors (may, ivy, janice, kevin, dass, lynn... they are simple the best... their passion and their observations, i admire totally. i look up to dem, hoping that one day i'll be like them. all these i noe are hardwork, i won't give up, i won't be sorry for myself if i got scolded, i choose to view things in the positive way, all challenges and obstacles make me a stronger and more experience person. what's satisfaction w/o difficult guests, or scoldings? i won't gif up for my quest for service excellence. *i hope all my friends on sip will do the same, never give up! if u cry, its a sign of weakness, if u thank dem for their advice, its a sign of character.
