Work

For the past three weeks i think i have been on the afternoon shift 3pm to 11pm. It has been a rollercoaster, each day meeting guests, trying to develop a bond and facing new opportunities and challenges. of cos i fell, hard on my face. but i deserve it la. its a learning experience, teaches me to "pen down gsts requests on paper rather than playing God and trying to remember all in my brain." doing service recovery bcos of the mistake i made at the expense of the hotel, feeling sucks. feel so stupid sometimes, simple things can forget. aiyoh! newaez, that was what i felt at that moment, but i won't break!

On the other hand, have been doing so many honeymooners and wedding anniversary decors which have been warmly received by the guests, makes all the effort worthwhile. from checking them in and sounding them out of their itinerary they have in mind, so as to haf a rough guage when to decor. Or, just purposely bumping into dem and try to arrange a dinner or tour for dem to get dem out of the hotel or at least their rooms.. ha.. scheming we are! ->all for a Memory that would last a lifetime. *i hope!

In short, i am enjoying my internship at Raffles Hotel a whole lot, dat i couldn't imagine my last day in Raffles. i'll miss all and i mean EACH AND EVERYONE!

Friends and Cousins

Last sunday went out with cuz lyd, cuz dan, denise, qin for a girls day out which i miss alot. something we used to do everyweek or rather very often. met dem after church, went to coffee club to slack and eat the deliciously muddy mud pie. sneak off together with cuz lyd to get denise belated b'day pressie. after which, qin wanted to go to this "Australia University Open" held at Orchard Hotel. all went together, went to check out degree courses with relation to hospi and tourism and business. was looking at edith cowen uni, curtin uni, Le Cordon Blu Uni and a few more. my options are still open, any one got good recommendations, the best is with university that have 1/2 yrs of exemption cos of the subjects i took in poly. *P.S Tag or Sms me and let me more.. this has become my fave topic of discussion.

After that, went shopping at zara, espirit and walk ard in town. just basking in the love showering frm my cuzzies and friends. Love dem! (",) huggies

For the next four days will be off and off-in-lieu and clearing my annual leave, a time for me to renew and get back the vibrant i had in the 1st mth. something my manager feels. what's wrong? maybe at the end of the 4 days i will figure it out.

At the end of this four days:

-I must get a good nice brown tann.

-I must get rid of my eyebags.

-I have to plan my Dinner and Dance work shedule.

-I must do my work project, Procedural Manual.
