Badminton, Gym, Track, Basketball, Badminton, Gym these are my routine this week.
Sports Combo.
All these as an attempt to build up Stamina for napha (which i DREAD) and Tone my body.
Something that i've realised about myself is when i don exercise i feel tired and lethargic easily, my mind can't concentrate and all i think to occupy myself is to munch on tibits.
As i'm typing now, i'm craving for nachos BBQ and twisties Chicken flavour. whilst enjoying these snacks a good movie to accompany. Woohoo! this is life.
Not that i'm going to not eat them but just minimise the numbers. ha! *addicted
And when i exercise, i feel so ALIVE! Happy! Gone are the troubles.
