To all my friends
Thank You so much for all the birthday wishes, pressies and surprises. I appreciate all of them so much.

I realised as i grow older, presents are something that does not make me as happy as having my love ones, friends, companionship beside me.

Being healthy, being happy, living a life doing what i enjoy the most and bringing out the best in me.

In return, God Bless all of you and keep you healthy and safe always!

Had a wonderful dinner at my favourite restaurant ChingThai over at Purvis Street, behind Raffles Hotel. Together with my family, grandma and aunties and uncle. The company was great!!! I enjoy eating or rather being with my family and relatives. Closely-knitted family. =)

Surprise Story
Back home, was watching American Idol when suddenly "knock knock" on my door.

Lani peeped through the door hole and she said "grace, come and see i donno who are they one guy and one girl"

So i brisked walked across and peeped, i said "mom, can u see who are they?"

So my mom scotted over to the door she opened and said "yes can i help you?"

The girl said "is your daughter at home?" by then i was beside but behind my mom.

My mom said "who is my daughter, what's her name?" so funny!!! i can't help but laugh!!!

so the girl said "Grace!" Oh my goodness.. i said to myself. they even know my name!

She continued by saying "her godbro, kengxiang asked us to deliver this birthday present to her"

So i emerged from behind and said "what!" *shocked

"Yes, he asked us to deliver this on your birthday" she said.

My mom then said "thank you thank you, would u like to come in for a drink??"

by then, i was still dumb-founded and was already closing our gates..

So off they went... and i'm shocked and surprised!!!

Thank you thank you for this really unexpected pleasant surprise!!!

*Why becos, he is overseas, navy mission to iraq. he is not in singapore. apparently, he bought my present before he left, 6months ago.
