Phua Chu Kang Musical

On Friday i went with my mom to Indoor Stadium to watch Phua Chu Kang the musical.

I gotta say its good for Singapore's first very own big scale musical.

My mom bought the $80+ ticket. and we were sitted A16 Row 2 Seat 5/6. I must say the seats are uncomfortable.. cos i need to angle myself towards the stage. But other than that.. everything is good.

As usual being Singaporeans, the show started late! i don understand why Singaporeans find it hard to be ON TIME? if you are driving, you jolly well should know that there might be a traffic jam and the need of EXTRA time to find a parking lot. Those arriving by public transport, should also know how inaccessible it is from the train station, thus a need to walk or take a bus to the stadium. My point is leave your house earlier. Late never mind, stroll into the stadium as tho' you are the VIP. common la even the VIPs were earlier than you.

I can also conclude that Singaporeans will either be Punctual which is right on the dot OR Late! never never have i encountered friends who arrive 15 minutes before meeting time. Are you one of them?

The backdrops of the musical were able to relate to the audience. The show, the ambience, the casts were fantastic. It was very entertaining! The jokes were PCK-ish. The songs were kinda corny, one of the song the titles were "kenna conned, kenna conned you are ready to be conned!" sung by Frankie Foo. haha!

The dancers were professional. The movements, the steps were awesome. Level of difficulty HiGH~!

Saw several mediacorp artistes such as tanya chua, sharon au, mark lee, panglingling and more. the seat i was at felt like the "red carpet" action. where the lights, cameras kept flashing... *blinded.
