Live from Brisbane

Good Day mates!!!

I am fine. doing well here.

Weather:
-Been cold these few days in the early mornings and nights. BUT today its really cold, with all the cold breezes. i am clothed in 4 layers, with a scarf and a beanie. Still Cold.

Company:
-i've been lucky, mark (my mentor) has introduced me to his friends and been hanging out often with them. Going groceries shopping and showing me ard brissie.
-my temporary room-mates are from mexico. alma and katie both doing degree programmes in uni of queensland too. alma brought me ard to brisbane city which is queen street and walked to south bank for the breath-taking view.

*and you know what? there is a man-made beach in south bank and the BEST PART is:
it is winter and people are sun-tanning and topless! its like What the hell? but its still quite cold when the wind blows.

-met up with shi qin and nic at brunswick st (which is the station for Chinatown) when to a nice dim sum place for lunch and walked around, finally i really really wanted to speak chinese badly. donno why.. haha *may! i am sure u're shocked?

Transportation
-took the trains myself couple of times, of cos i got lost when i tried. but becos of my nature and personality - "thicked-skin" i asked around! wahahaa...
-buses, not yet. but most prolly tmr cos i got to go SCHOOL! yeah yeah yeah.. can't wait.

Uni of queensland is really really really pretty and BIG and nice. i took pics but will take time to upload.

the internet access here is alil of a problem, will most prolly settle by next mid-week.
