We (Lydia, Tanvi and I) went to TAS today to have our lunch at Rits (formerly known as Saffron) and to visit our lecturers. I am disappointed with the service at Rits today. it was terrible. really. the atmosphere in the restaurant feels like a food court (we could here what the other table was talking abt, we could here the service staff talk, we could hear the bar, we could hear the kitchen calling out the orders and so so many students were outside at the door talking to those svc staff working). it was so noisy. unlike the former Saffron we had in TP. We waited so long for our food to come and even for our dessert and coffee. and the funniest thing is they have more than enough waiters and waitresses.
On the bright side, we met quite a no. of our lecturers; Ms Daga (my laison officer during my internship @ raffles), Mr Nair (whom jason & i spar against during HTM olympics), Mr Joseph (my business ettiquete coach), Mr Quah (E-biz, and HTM subjects), Ms Susan Goh (my advior as well as apel tutor), Ms Tan (tm lecturer) and Ms Grace Chia (my e-biz tutor), and of cos Mr Darren Neo (Saffron teacher i/c).
I am very grateful to them for giving me advices and help shape me to what i am today. the knowledge, advices and experiences gained and their selflessness in helping us with our projects and sch work or even advices not pertaining to their scope of work. Wonderful bunch of HTM lecturers. *claps!
OK OK OK, this is how i look like now. picture speaks.
Later in the evening, i met up with my FOW freshman group ARGONS for a special dinner held for me. Thank you all for coming and your best wishes and your Merci Chocs as well as special card! *appreciates ALOT! Even tho' time spent was short, i had a good time catching up and listening to all your corny & racist jokes! Remember i am just an email away! Take Cares!
