Spring is Here

Spring is here!

This is my first time experiencing seasonal weather changes in a foreign country other than holidaying.

I think i am going to LOVE this weather.
Cos i will be able to sun-bask at my apartment's swimming pool, like finally!
Its quite a deprive to see it everyday at your balcony and not able to lie on the chair and soak up the UV-rays! haha.. in s'pore i use SPF 0 and now i have to or rather MUST slap on at least SPF 15. The sun-tan lotion here smells funny.. oh i miss banana boat!

Gerianne and Emmanuel came over to my place for dinner last night,
i cooked Spaghetti and emm "GWC" bought stuffed chicken from wolly's - it was really good.
in case i didn't mention,
i cook spag for myself for almost all my meals.. emm says that i have mastered cooking gd spags. but it is really simple. what i did was:
1. cook the pasta
2. Fry the ham or beef meat
3. Any other additional food items: Broccoli or mushrooms
4. Pour in the pasta sauce
5. Let it cook
6. Take out the pasta, drain the water
7. Place it on the plate and take the sauce with ingredients filled and pour over the pasta.

Really easy isn't it? And this meal could be cooked in less than 15mins. hee.. Saffron (known as Rits at Sentosa) has trained me well.

And the happiest thing that has happened to be in recent 2 months that i've been here is...
MY BOLSTER from Singapore has arrived safely =) courtesy of tanvi who gladly obliged to help bring it over. *Thanks TANVI!!!

Waiting for another lecture @ 3pm.
