bbq last night was great,
the food stuffs that kuan & james cooked were superb!

while the guys do the cooking,
we girls do the talking!

carol my senior back in tp,
came over from New South Wales for a short weekend gateaway,
feels so much comfortable having familar friends, that's for sure!

went back to the hse for some sing-a-long session,
just enjoying each other's company really.

now,
i'm missing carrot cake, chicken rice from Five Star in katong, laska from 201, wanton mee from airport, steamboat will be really good now cos its raining heavily and i'm cold.

i'm missing my parentals and kor,
tmr they will be calling me! yippey!
i feel that ever since i came over to Bris, i've become more open to my feelings towards my family and close relatives.
which i think is really healthy.
confiding in my mom thru the phone,
very next day,
my dad sends me an email and reassures me, motivate me and encourage me.
never did they once judge me,
never did they once give me pressure,
i'm infact the one putting suitable pressure on myself,
never did they once tell me not to enjoy myself.

last week, my mom was hilarious!
she called and i had been studying and doing report for the entire afternoon,
so i didn't really talk to my hse-mates nor anyone,
at the end of the conversation,
she said "you sound grumpy, you better stop studying"
wahhahahahaaa... thanks mom! u said it!
