The first three days at work - Club Sofitel
Guest Services Agent - As the name says to provide services to the guest
Guest in particular - Executive and Club floor guests
My work entails me to open endless amount:
- champagne
- wine bottles
- beer bottles
- glasses clearing
- setting up evening canapes (hot/cold) - ensuring food is replenished for the duration
- build a r/s with guests
I have been really lucky to have met very nice friendly guests.
Singaporeans - singaporeans overseas are so much friendlier than those in Singapore.. ha!
Aussies - usually from the coast or outbacks
Americans - the usual honeymooners
I am enjoying my work. Time passes so quickly.
But hard work comes before that...
My job scope suddenly involves:
- moving chairs
- bartending (mixers)
I m feeling Old, my colleagues at the Club are so YOUNG apart from my manager.
- Courtney is turning 19
- Chae is turning 20yrs
- Morning colleagues - haven't met yet
Talking about manager - Big time seriously!
Lynn if u are reading this - u're the best boss ever!
Your positive energy level stays the same be it 9am, 3pm or 10pm,
You give us (ur team) the motivation, encouragement, the little praises that help us get through the hard work and long day...

Enuff about Sofitel work for the time being.
School work is piling up!
Lots to complete - im feeling the pressure now!
Ekka essay - still not complete - redoing most parts (the first draft didn't seem right)
F&B essay - haven't started
F&B group - In progress
Small biz group - Research not complete
FM group - haven't started!
FM mid sem - revised chapt 1 n 2. 3 more chapters!
Oh no.. i need more time!
