Work Today

just had the urge to pen my thoughts of work today,
with the Asean Summit being held in Singapore,
most of the big hotels will have at least one delegation party,
not to mention Raffles,
busy with that already,
we had a HUGE group that checked in with us today,
62 suites - roughly 120 persons,
checked-in at the same time simultaneously,
at least 4 trucks of luggages,
tight security around and in the hotel,
baggage screening,
29 team members to check-in guests,
members of BBR and Grill activated to help with serving of slings to suites,
limo drivers activated to deliver luggages to suites,
turndown amenities to place in suites,
it was madness!!!

Best Part - we pulled all those off - it went SO SMOOTHLY!

It wasn't one person's effort, it was a Team effort! *claps claps

Another two more days... we can do it!
