Being at the Front isn't all glamour

it can get very intense,
every time you deal with a guest,
it is the "moment of truth",
what do i mean,
every action,
every word,
every sound,
anything you do makes a difference,
it could make a guest happy or turn a happy guest unhappy.

it only gets more intense with...
money involved,
with a drawer of money,
its like having a time bomb,
once you're careless,
you suffer for it.

its gets even more intense when,
you need to juggle between jobs,
act as a Concierge - when guests ask for directions and recommendations,
act as a Sales and Marketing - when guests ask for hotel rates,
act as a butler - to check in the guest,
act as a cashier - when the primary task is to ensure the right amount of money
is gone to the right channel.

as of now,
i'm trying to cope with the stress-level,
as studies have shown if people talk about their problem,
they won't stress on further or worse still
suffer depression - i hope not man.

so i've talked about my problem,
now i will go pamper myself with some good isqueeze massage,
followed by a Cory eye treatment session,
and a face mask,
all of which needed really badly.
