tOday was a b-e-a-u-tiful day~!!!

Had sOo muCh fun...

woke up abt 9+am to study abit before gerald and quimei's arrival to my place... once again to cook up a storm... this time... we tried cooking creme of potato and also clam chowder... just wanted to taste it...

so happy that.. our creme of potato came out very well.. delicious okie! and its edible! safe for consumption!!!! wahaha... we sort of came up with our own recipe cos... the ones on the internet are too much... need alot of ingredients...
after lots of agarations (estimation).. tAa dAA!!! our creme of potato wAs shiOOOOoook... however its too simple.. need to improvise more... *rAcking my brains

after which we tried clam chowder... haha! this one was a flopped... think we added too much butter and milk.. it tasted like milk... haha! well... it turned out that we're supposed to blend the clam.. and not leave it as a whole clam that we used to do... !!!! haha... no wonder it tasted funny... *yikEs...

After trial cooking... we decided to cook another time (that is tmr)... trying out the clam chowder tmr again.. plus another soup... haha! which means i've been cooking 3 days in a row!!! *applause please... cos i don cook at home.. so now i'm becoming very housewifely... lols...

Went to TM GV to watch "along came polly"... super funny can... abit lame lar... but really a very light-hearted show.. good when ya stressed out! hee... but the show was kinda show i think less that 1. 1/2 hrs... super faSt!

After which, went to teach tuition... today the teens were very very cooperative with me.. so studious and obedient.. haha enjoyed that! feel that they haf changed... for the BETTER... less vulgarities, and more jokes!!! =) now.. i'm looking forward to teaching dem next week again...

but for now... have to continue studying my accounting... a total of 24 formulaes to memorise! hELP!!!
But something i noe for sure is... GOD is always by my side.. i'll pull through!
