Well Well.. today had trial cooking for Saffron Theme week

together with gerald "roxy boy" and qui mei... we met at 10am to shop for our groceries at TM ntuc fairprice... the pricing ain't fair... kinda expensive... spent abt $19+ on soup ingredients... that's very expensive for soup

SO we started off feeling excited and waiting eagerly in anticipation for our final outcome. we cooked Gazpacho and Gazpacho Blanco. (spanish cold soup)

One word to describe the taste "YuCks!" haahhaa.... seriously... i don like it..

Some of the ingredients in Gazpacho was:

1. tomatoes
2. tomato ketchup
3. tomato juice
4. tbsp of mayonnaise
5. chopped onions

Basically i don like tomatoes, next up onions that are raw... oh my goodness... i don even eat cooked onions... all these blended together... wot do u get?

a horrible smell accompanied with a little after taste of mayo...

haha.. well.. we had alot of fun! so no choice... had to crack our brains for another soup recipe... this time confirmed will be HOT SOUP.. which means all the ingredients will be cooked! no more raw items... =/

We chatted, watched the recorded MTV asia awards 2004 and ate alot! (",) a wonderful time!

wAhaha... time pass so fast when u're enjoying urself. BUT when it comes to studying... time passes like tortoise... well its okie.. i'm going to take it easy.. not going to give myself too much stress.. or else i'll turn boNkers!
