How does rotation in departments (sales and marketing, food and beverage, finance, human resource, front office, catering, kitchen etc.) shadowing the managers sound???

My take: DAMN GOOD LA!

i couldn't help but holler at the top of my voice "YES!" when Ms Duffield, the HR Mgr called! jumping up and punching my fist in the air - hollering YES!

I thank God who is my provider and my guide, for without Him, nothing is possible!
