its all about ONE TEAM

i vote to have one team not one person!
no one is at his/her best on his/her own.
journal articles and researches have proven,
two is better than one,
three is better than two,
four is better than three etc...
productivity is at its maximum,
getting the most work done in the shortest time period and to the best.

and i still stick by my stand,
singaporeans are way more productive than aussies,
so singaporeans should be contented with our work speed and quality,
and not push it too far.
