I believe that it is a great gesture of appreciation,
a day to pay tribute to not only the winners
but everyone in Singapore's service industry!

the art of service is not easy to master,
it is also not something you can grasp easily,
not something that you can comprehend nor compare to algebra,
it is all together another dimension.

service should be something that comes from the heart,
something that you do everyday even when you are not at work,
something that you hope that someone will do for you.
