Just Yesterday

one of my favourite guests left for home, scotland,
have been looking after them for the past 8 days,
and developed a bond and "special" thing with them,
just yesterday,
i dreaded saying good byes,
and i'm not good at it at all,
together with the farewell contigent,
made up with colleagues all over,
different restaurants,
different departments,
gathered at the lobby to bid farewell,
its a true testimony that they are well-liked and everyone will miss them,
that day alone,
both Mr and Mrs gave me hugs 3 times,
i really needed it and it felt so good,
it felt like i've touched someone's life,
and this is the reason i'm here in this industry,
it makes everything worthwhile.
